Develop strategic direction and lead the execution of digital ingestion and machine learning to drive process improvement.
Maintain a data engine and machine learning algorithm and implement a continuous improvement program aimed increasing product yield and quality based on outputs from the machine learning system.
Provide automation and programming services to the manufacturing site in order to eliminate mundane and routine work.
Perform statistical analyses to identify key drug substance attributes that drive drug product yield and quality.
Build a data aggregation and transfer system to provide drug product stakeholders relevant data regarding drug substance lots.
Collaborate with process development groups to champion Process Analytic Technology (PAT) and Advanced Process Control initiatives at the commercial stage.
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
5+ years of relevant pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience preferred
3+ years of experience with big data (Hadoop, etc.), advanced programming (Python, R, Java, etc.), relational database querying (SQL).
Experience with statistical analysis including control charting, process capability, correlation matrix and multi-variant analysis.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire technical groups
Demonstrated ability to interact well with peers and across all levels of the organization.
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Proficient in MS Power Stack (Power BI, PowerApps, Flow)
Experience with continuous data historians
Experience with Statistica software or similar data aggregation and analysis software
