Hatch is currently seeking an Engineering graduate for our Thermal Power Business Unit, located in our REGINA, SK office. If you have strong communication skills, are highly motivated, have a positive attitude and understand innovation, we want to hear from you.

Engineering Design. Work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment throughout all phases of the engineering lifecycle, from conceptual study to detailed engineering. Solve challenging engineering problems and communicate creative solutions to clients.
Client Engagement. Participate in client meetings, foster long-term customer relationship and business development activities including proposal development, market research and pitching clients.
Technology Development. Research and complete techno-economic assessments of the latest novel technologies in Power.
Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited University
Strong academic and extracurricular record
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a results-oriented attitude and the ability to work under pressure
Thirst for learning and challenge
Interest in Energy and Power Systems
