Unqork Configurator/ Developer – Low Code No Code
Job Summary
Under general supervision, deploy moderate to complex web applications and other web systems. Apply design best practices to ensure scalability and performance of the applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Combine expert knowledge of no-code technology with software engineering practices to design, develop and enhance innovative web and mobile business applications
Ensure the design, build, testing and deployment of applications meet documented internal and external stakeholder requirements
Stay current on and apply application configuration best practices to scale and ensure web applications on modern development frameworks are performant
Deploy and integrate moderate and complex web application packages with internal insurance applications and external 3rd party data providers
Provide technical subject matter expertise, mentor junior team members, and engage in peer configuration reviews with the solution delivery team
Contribute to implementation of standards and guidelines that influence the design of technology solutions.
Regularly update DevOps systems with work item status and provide input into work effort estimation
Identify and mitigate risk/issues through SDLC process and escalate to product owner, scrum master, project manager, or technical leads as required
Manage configuration change promotion, review dependencies, and ensure that change management procedures are followed
Communicate with business analysts, business systems analysts and testers to understand business and technical requirements, answer questions/clarifications and facilitate comprehensive test plans
Handle production issues and troubleshoot to resolve and identify root causes
Stay up to date on the technology landscape including open source, commercial on-premises, and cloud-based tools
Position Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field, or the equivalent education and/or experience
5 to 7 years’ experience. Software engineering and implementation experience for enterprise products and digital applications. Some prior experience with no code, or low code applications is highly desirable.
Insurance industry experience, training on Unqork and/or prior Unqork project work are big pluses, but not required.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
