Assitant Scientist GMP Ops
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Assistant Scientist GMP Ops, are to:
Provide technical input (processing parameters) to Tech Transfer and Formulation Scientists (on Solid dose, liquids , topicals etc) based on
the observations during batch manufacturing;
Develop experimental plans for processes to support tech transfer scientists and write reports;
Write technical requirements for GMP processing and packaging batch records based on a preliminary process provided by tech transfer scientists;
Write and address department deviations and corrective/preventive actions including determining root causes
Train and assist technicians in assembling and Disassembling processing and packaging equipment per approved procedures
Train and assist technicians in operate processing and packaging equipment;
Draft and update operational and cleaning procedures;
Qualify equipment by investigating equipment operation and writing/executing protocols (e.g. balances, pumps etc) under the
supervision of the Equipment Engineer;
Develop and implement operation improvements in the GMP pilot plant;
Develop into a Technology Transfer Scientist.

Bachelor’s degree or International equivalent with approximately six months’ professional internship related to this job description or Master’s degree or international equivalent;
Ph.D. with postdoctoral work or international equivalent;
Demonstrated organizational skills;
Ability to work with employees at all levels within an organization;
Ability to work with database and other software including MSOffice.
