As a Content Developer, you will contribute to the creation, release, and maintenance of online instructional content and assessment items in Pearson’s Mathematics and Statistics products. As a key member of the Content Development Team, you will have the opportunity to create assessment items; review content for viability and appropriateness; correct errors and respond to quality assurance issues; address and respond to customer issues; provide input and feedback on new product features; and act as a subject matter expert for our math and stats products. We will help you achieve your goals by providing training on our tools and standards, surrounding you with a supportive and talented group of Content Developers and Content Managers, and by offering professional development opportunities for continued career growth.

About You

You have a degree in Mathematics or Statistics and some experience with teaching or tutoring. You are comfortable working with and enjoy solving challenging problems in Calculus, Differential Equations, and Linear Algebra. You are someone who can work autonomously and can also collaborate with others in a team environment. You are open to receiving feedback on your work and are eager to apply it to improve quality. You pay attention to the details, are organized, and can manage your time well. You are able to communicate effectively and professionally within your team and with customers, and have some experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

The anticipated starting salary range for Colorado-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $57 - 70k, depending on experience. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program.
