This role is particularly focused on management of technical and operational duties that relate to Customer MDM solution.
The role is specifically responsible for managing the Customer MDM subject area.
Maintaining MDM tools and related configuration.
IDQ and MDM admin activities, including creating connections, setting up connection parameters and deploying folders, xmls, scripts etc based on the migration instructions.
Develop and deliver IDQ (Informatica Data Quality) components, as specified in the design, functional and non-functional requirements, within established budget, time and quality standards.
Facilitate and support secure and reliable flow of data between internal systems and 3rd party applications / tools including ERP, SFDC and others.
Perform administrative tasks including user maintenance, monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Work with the Solution Architect and SI to define the Solution architecture and Solution Design.
Work with the Project Manager to define Project deliverables and schedules.
Participate in solution testing efforts by developing test plans, preparing test environments, coordinating test execution, and validating test results.
Maintain the Integrity, security and performance of MDM platform.
Bulk import of attributes and/or export of data as needed.
Manage backup and recovery / business continuity plans.
On-going guidance of change requests.
Provide meaningful and accurate estimations of project completion time based on provided business requirements.
Communicate with customers, partners, and internal parties in a professional manner as necessary to understand the requirements of MDM projects and to assess the necessary level of effort required.
Creating Data Area improvement roadmap (SORs, SOR Adoption and use) by Data area (e.g. Customer, Product, Supplier).
Selecting Data platforms.
Selecting and engage external data sources.
Leverage subject matter expertise to analyze and troubleshoot moderately complex system/user issues to drive resolution and determine root cause.
Work with peers to appropriately coordinate and communicate activities in alignment with overall company and IT mission, vision, and values.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
5+ years of working with Customer Master Data Management in a administration, development, or technical implementer role. A substantial portion of experience should be with Informatica 360
Experience demonstrating an understanding of Customer data, 3rd party data and integration with downstream systems
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with minimal direction
Detail-oriented and passionate about good customer information design
Ability to write moderate to complex SQL queries
2+ years of experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and/or ActiveVos
Experience in data profiling data quality rules/mapping development using Informatica Data Quality
Experience in extending C360 data model and configurations
Experience in migrating MDM hub configuration and resolving any related issues
Experience deploying Java code
Experience deploying & troubleshooting ActiveVOS workflows
Experience with multi-node architectures for both MDM & IDQ

Disclosure as required by Colorado law, the annual salary range for this position is 66,000 to 115,000. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level. The salary range is CONMED’s good faith belief at the time of this posting.
