Job Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Technology Implementation Engineer to join our Analytics team! The role would be based in Australia. Check out the details below for more information.

Responsibilities
Provide input for the design for serviceability of new AAG components via initial requirements documents and design review feedback
Track performance and address / report any issues. Status report updates to product & engineering management.
Responsible for all NPI OP2.1 deliverables and presenting status updates at all phase gate exit reviews
Effectively communicate and liaise between Product Management, Product Engineering, and regional Service Centers to assist in collecting data to validate and successfully launch new products, product issue solutions and machine upgrades.
Complete initial prototype/pilot installations at customer sites and lead customer installation launch teams, training, and preparation associated with successful new product launch to customers
Train field service, factory service, technical training and product management personnel on new products during initial introduction phase.
Education / Qualification
BSEE or BSME with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in a related discipline, or equivalent experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting and/or customer service on electronic systems
Must have a combination of and/or significant strengths in electronics, software, and mechanical engineering
Must have significant understanding of complex software applications for use on surface mining equipment
System performance related data analysis, system troubleshooting, and applied technical problem-solving skills are essential
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Ability to interpret complex situations as required to develop appropriate actions
Ability to translate, statistically analyze data, and effectively report problems through written and/or graphical formats.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills . E xcellent customer service skills, with an advanced understanding of customer relationship building
Applied technical support/field service experience in automation platforms is highly desired
Experience in mining industry preferred
