Responsible for taking customer designs and specifications and interpreting for IntriCon process and QMS feasibility. Translate with customer clinical needs into detailed product and process specification. Research and Integrate new technologies and materials by utilizing technical knowledge. Hands on Prototype Process Development of catheter and related sub components and assemblies. Collaborate with Vendors and external partners on sourcing of catheter components and materials. Conduct feasibility and reliability tests to evaluate designs and to define specifications in accordance with regulatory safety standards. Collaborate with engineers and researchers in different disciplines. Create documentation including specification requirements, risk assessment, FMEA, drawings and test results. Present relevant results and findings to team, management and customer based on need. Ensure yields are acceptable for manufacturability and product cost targets. Interface with development team to meet pre-defined schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • related: 5 years (Preferred)
  • CAD, Pro-E or Solidworks: 1 year (Preferred)
