Engineering support services for the ballistic-mechanical design and development of ammunitions.
The Mechanical Engineer will participate in the research, development, and design of products to meet requirements including functional, material, and test requirements from the component and sub-tier specifications. The specific assignments and responsibilities will be consistent with the level of experience of the engineer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Participate in all phases of project assignments related to ammunition such as feasibility analysis, design and prototype development, test and analysis, and data package preparation.
Participate in the installation and operation of various mechanical systems, develop and present design, be proactive in identifying issues in the design, report job progress while attending job meetings in the field, collaborate with other engineers and project managers.

- Experience with production processes
- Experience with weapon support systems or other dynamic support systems
- Ability to identify design elements that do not meet the requirements and formulate alternatives to improve performance
- Familiarity with the development, integration, logistics, and demonstration of small caliber weapon systems
