Computer Specialist/ Software Support Analyst 2

Frontier is ideally suited to work with the Departments of Defense, Homeland Security, and Health and Human Services. Goldbelt Frontier’s leadership offers specific expertise related to medical staffing, behavioral health, and program development CONUS and OCONUS.
Computer Specialist/ Software Support Analyst 2. The contractor shall provide technical expertise during development, verification, deployment and maintenance of information systems, applications and database management systems.
The contractor shall develop and integrate data-driven software application, web-based applications and user interfaces for a relational database to include design, coding, and testing. The contractor shall ensure implementation of industry and military best practices in website and online interfaces and applications, including security and other protocols. The contractor develop and update documentation required, such as standard operating procedures, data dictionaries, etc., to operate and maintain each interface. The contractor shall evaluate and recommend software and equipment to optimize efficiency of applications developed. The contractor shall demonstrate experience of system architecture, system maintenance, system administration, .NET, Visual Basic (and its variations), Visual Studio, Security Principals, Object-Oriented Design, and/or Microsoft products for application/interface/database. Requires oral and written communication skills. The contractor shall have and maintain a Secret security clearance and certification necessary to perform services in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M and AR 25-2.
Responsible for system design, program generation, software module, testing/validation and configuration management using computer-based tools.
Responsible for maintaining existing locally developed client/server applications using Visual Studio products.
Responsible for developing custom applications as requested by researchers using Visual Studio products.
Responsible for SQL database development and data processing Unit testing
Responsible for obtaining and maintain a Secret Security clearance.
Responsible for obtaining and maintaining as a minimum, Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) App Builder certification.
