Plans and coordinates manufacturing processes. Develops, evaluates, and enhances manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential functions include but are not limited to the following:
Liaison for suppliers, customers, and other staff
Assemble and distribute job packets
Purchase materials and track purchase orders
Coordinate preventative maintenance and repair services to ensure optimal equipment operation
Coordinate the scheduling of shipments
Responsible for creating cut lists and burn programs
Read and interpret manuals, codes, specifications, etc.
Track and report non-conformance activity
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required; manufacturing or Industrial Engineering preferred
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Highly proficient with JOBBOSS, Autodesk Vault, AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, ROMAC Cut list, and PRONEST
Experience creating 2D and 3D sketches in AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Inventor
