SEA CORP has openings for mechanical, electrical and systems engineers to assist with design, integration and lifecycle support for these complex systems.
Systems Engineering Associates Corporation (SEA CORP) is a veteran-owned business, based in Middletown, Rhode Island. Founded in 1981, we have been providing services to the
Navy for over 35 years. Our core business is providing systems, software, and hardware engineering services, as well as test and evaluation services to the U.S. Navy, chiefly for submarine electronic systems.

The duties will include system requirements review, development of design concepts, evaluation and conducting design analyses including but not limited to: thermal management, power conditioning/distribution, Radio Frequency (RF) distribution design, and Environmental Qualification Testing, Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)< Failure Mode and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Reliability Predictions, Maintenance Planning and Repair Analysis (MPRA), Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). ISEA systems engineering duties to include development of technical recommendations to improve and correct system Provisioning Technical Data (PTD), Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP), level-of-repair analysis, Allowance Parts List (APL) support, Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM), component profiles for Obsolescence Management Information System (OMIS), and other lifecycle support products.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering Discipline. Candidates with relevant DoD system operator/maintainer experience, coupled with a strong understanding of technical logistics, will be considered.
Systems Engineer I - Bachelor's level degree in an Engineering discipline or Industrial Design
Systems Engineer II - Bachelor’s level degree in an Engineering discipline or Industrial Design; 3 years of professional experience in mechanical, structural or electrical/electronic design.
Systems Engineer III - Bachelor's level degree in an Engineering discipline or Industrial Design; 7 years of professional experience in mechanical, structural or electrical/electronic design.
Systems Engineer IV – Master’s level degree in an Engineering discipline or Industrial Design; 10 years of professional experience in mechanical, structural or electrical/electronic design.
U.S. citizenship and a Final Secret level DoD clearance are required for this position.
