Our Management Group is looking for experienced Senior Product/Design Engineers with Fishing Reel Manufacturing experience.

The Senior Product/Design Engineers will work directly with the Management Group to introduce Cutting-Edge Technology into the Fishing Reel Market. *Primary Responsibilities:


  • Manage new product development
  • Develop product specifications
  • Monitor weekly product engineering deliverables
  • Measure and analyze the performance results and report the findings to the Management Group
  • Coordinate progress, gather and analysis test performance information
  • Conduct sample inspection reports, or deviation requests for Standard Operating Procedures


  • Bachelor / Master’s Degree of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the Fishing Reel industry
  • Must have been the Lead or Senior Engineer on a manufacturing project from conception to market
  • Perform multi-body dynamic analysis for reel components
  • Proficient in using a variety of industry specific software
  • Perform modeling of mechanisms for kinematics, dynamics and force analysis
  • Interpret and correlate analysis results versus actual testing data
  • Ensure accuracy and select feasible solution to convert them to design suggestions
  • Good experience with creating, developing and maintaining engineering drawings
  • A comprehensive understanding of design change management, including the change notice process, and an appreciation of the impact of design changes
  • Approachable, and collaborative with the Management Group
  • Exceptional communication skills
