Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Basic knowledge in all process work stations
Basic PartSmart usage & Searches
Knows most chemistries for most films on most substrates
Knows most media/pressure combos for most Ra on most substrates
Familiar with Clean room protocols, and Micro contamination knowledge Can perform CR CDI testing
Basic Knowledge of Coatings
Basic understanding of semiconductor Process (PVD, Etch, ALD, Diffusion, etc.)
Basic understanding of OEM Platform and part knowledge (AMAT, LAM, ASM, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Experience Requirement: Work Experience:
1-2 years related experience in high-technology manufacturing, preferably in semiconductor capital equipment or related industry
