Premier Enterprise Solutions, LLC is seeking a Subject Matter Expert/Industrial Engineer with a supply chain background. A minimum of 8 years’ experience as an Industrial Engineer expert providing technical knowledge and subject matter expertise is required. Master's Degree is required.
The Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (FHCC) is a first-of-its-kind partnership between the U. S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Defense (DoD), integrating all medical care into a federal health care facility with a single combined VA and Navy mission. Lovell FHCC is requesting contractor support in formally validating and re-engineering the functional and operational supply chain processes of the health care facility’s East and West campuses using the Prosci ADKAR® Model that guides individual and organizational change. The contractor’s team shall conduct an analysis of the current state of the supply chain processes supporting the facilities’ functional areas (Engineering/BioMed, Finance, ISO, OIT, Pharmacy, Prosthetics, Dental, etc.). Knowledge and insight gained through this analysis will allow development of Lean operating systems that eliminate variability within supply chain processes.
Functional Responsibility: Professional who provides subject matter expertise and thought leadership in with a foundation in Industrial Engineering with desirable supply chain background. Functions as an Industrial Engineering expert providing technical knowledge and experience to meet the demands of the contract/task order. Provides guidance and direction and reviews all work and deliverables as appropriate. Provides technical direction for problem definition, analysis, requirements development, and implementation for complex systems in the related functional area. Makes recommendations and advises on departmental and enterprise-wide systems improvement strategies. Provides guidance and support in related areas such as project management, telecommunications, automation, information technology, information security, networking, web development, risk management, electronic analysis, process re-engineering, life-cycle management, performance measures and indicators, program audits, evaluations, customized training, organizational assessments, systems alignment, leadership systems, customer relationship management, business planning, and strategic planning.
Minimum Education: Master’s degree.
Minimum/General Experience: Eight (8) years of experience.
