Professional knowledge of a broad range of mechanical engineering concepts, principles, and practices and familiarity with other engineering disciplines and architecture;
Current design and project management experience with all three areas of HVAC, plumbing and fire protection as they pertain to building systems.
(HVAC and Piping) with experience in the data center sector;
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited, four-year university;
Building energy modeling experience including familiarity with project management or related building sciences program preferred;
Must have a current professional license in Mechanical Engineering in the US;
Strong interpersonal/communication skills needed for client interface;
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical system designs for commercial data center and or institutional buildings along with:
Extensive experience in nanotechnology facility and/or large data center design as well as skills in design management;
HVAC system design in classified and various research environments;
Knowledge of mission critical, cleanroom and semiconductor mechanical systems design and analysis;
Working knowledge of REVIT MEP, AutoCAD and MS Office is required.
