Summary of Position
Responsible for performing TVBS field service support activities through product problem diagnosis, system start-up, commissioning and technical product training of channel partners. This position may also be responsible for managing select house accounts with the goal of achieving defined revenue targets.

Establish specific, measurable, time-based metrics to ensure performance accountability of accounts, if assigned.
Good communicator both verbally and written.
Must maintain a professional and even keel temperament while troubleshooting products and be able to effectively convey solutions to application related root causes.
Coach real-time problem solving with Tuthill Engineering and Operations to ensure root cause is identified and eliminated so it never happens again.
Support Engineering and Business Development with technical and application knowledge.
Demonstrates excellence in completion of all other duties as assigned

Education Requirements / Certifications
Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or related Engineering Science.
Experience / Skill Requirements
Mechanical background with desire to do hands on work.
5+ years’ experience in mechanical jobs requiring technical interaction.
Vacuum and/or blower systems knowledge is preferred.
Process engineering and electrical controls experience is desirable.
Advanced communication and time management skills.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Active work. Commonly exerting up to 50 pounds of force.
Work environment includes TVBS Plant and many different customer environments. Temperatures can vary greatly.
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Close visual acuity to read a computer and/or visual inspection.
Travel up to 50% of the time.
Visual acuity to travel via commercial aircraft and/or operate a motor vehicle.
