The Logistics Coordinator is a critical part of the Network Craze Service team. This role is responsible for general contract management, inventory reconciliation, and the daily logistical operations of the Service and Production teams. This role affords the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience with coordinating the fulfillment of a unique and diverse array of network and IT equipment.
Network Craze provides meticulous white-glove care to our customers and products from the moment we receive an order until well after it is in the customers' hands. 24/7 expert Engineer Service Support, coupled with our global logistics network, enables us to immediately address customer concerns, with replacement products available to customers within four hours regardless of time or location. We have clients domestic and global, ranging from Fortune 100 to Fortune 500 companies.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Contract management, including developing, collecting, and tracking a comprehensive set of contract-related information; verifying the accuracy of items and services covered under existing contracts; verifying the completeness and accuracy of contracts
Coordinate with the Sales team on contract renewals, updating contracts as necessary
Develop and implement systems and processes for gathering and evaluating customer feedback based on their experiences with Network Craze’s services; develop strategies to increase contract renewal rates
Daily logistical tasks including order creation; processing RMAs; tracking replacements and return hardware; generating shipping labels; managing all other operational needs of Service
Coordinate with the Sales Support and Production teams to manage and prioritize customer orders
Inventory reconciliation, including verifying that existing inventory matches active contracts; ensuring that there is sufficient inventory for new contracts; removing inventory for expired contracts
Monitors incident tickets and cases while delivering immediate solutions and/or incident escalation
Manages communication within the organization on behalf of Network Support Technicians, Network Engineers, and Network Craze’s management team
Administrative tasks including typing, filing, copying, data entry, and coordinating calendars.
Engages vendors and team members in a courteous, friendly, and timely manner.
Manage a multi-line telephone system; answers and routes calls
Performs additional tasks and special projects as required
