About the Role
Dutchie is looking for a Product Support Engineer to be an inaugural member of our new Product Support team. This person will partner with our Customer Success team and initially focus on escalations involving styling and design related to dutchie menus. As one of the first Product Support Engineers, you'll play a key role as we build out this function of the company.
What You'll Do...
Triage JIRA issues related to billing, data requests, applications, dashboards, and POS integrations
Document product functionality and troubleshooting best practices
Cross-train on product knowledge, troubleshooting techniques, and technical skills
Manage and execute projects that benefit larger dutchie organization
Enable greater and more consistent visibility into trends around technical issues and bugs
Increase efficiencies across teams owning technical troubleshooting
What You Bring…
2+ years of technical support experience in a SaaS environment
Technical writing experience with tutorials, documentation, and other materials
A passion for solving problems and providing solutions while being empathetic
A track record of moving fast without breaking things, leaving things better than you found them, and being customer-focused
Strong HTML and CSS skills and knowledge
