Duties

· Control system design

· Control panel design

· Product selection

· Control panel check-out

· PLC program development and implementation

· HMI screen development and implementation

· Troubleshooting

· System start-up and support (may require travel)

· Operation and Maintenance Manual creation

Skills

· Proficiency with AutoCAD

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

· Proficiency in PLC programming, set-up and troubleshooting

· Proficiency in HMI screen development and deployment

· Proficiency in SCADA development and deployment

· Ability to read process diagrams, mechanical drawings and electrical schematics

· Understanding of the National Electric Code and UL 508A

· Ability to apply sound engineering solutions while considering budget, schedule and operational performance

· Good understanding of how things work mechanically and electrically as well as the ability to learn new manufacturing processes

Education

Required: BS or higher degree in Engineering or 5+ years related experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
