Title: Security Engineer - US-GA-Atlanta

Job Purpose:
The Security Engineer role is to respond to client support, monitor and configure security software and tools, verify proper functioning, and initiate incident response when needed. This includes receiving and prioritizing client help requests, engaging IT Client Support resources as needed, and coordinating responses and solutions with our clients. Application and system monitoring may involve the use of monitoring and analysis tools, as well as require verification and analysis of application functionality. Incident response may include initiating application response procedures, engaging the Incident Manager, and coordinating efforts of IT Client Support, Infrastructure, or other teams as necessary.

The Security Engineer will be helping to build a new infrastructure within the company including support and development of an IDS/IPS system, Penetration testing, Log Analysis and Risk assessment. Linux experience and scripting would be extremely helpful.
