DEA’s Marine Services division is an award-winning leader in the field of hydrographic and geophysical surveying. As a Hydrographic Technician with our Marine Services division, your responsibilities will be diverse and will include working with fellow DEA hydrographers, geophysicists and oceanographers in conducting hydrographic, marine geophysical and oceanographic surveys. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to data acquisition aboard survey vessels, trailering vessels, maintaining safe and efficient operations, equipment maintenance, maintaining accurate survey logs, data processing and other duties as directed by senior hydrographers. This position is assigned to our Vancouver, WA office but will have a project location in Sacramento, CA.
