The Applications Developer is a member of a motivated Application Services team whose primary focus is to evolve the college’s web, mobile, and application environment to meet constantly changing constituent needs. This position’s primary emphasis will be to build, maintain, and manage applications using the school’s chosen web content management system and other web technology. Additional job functions include development of Butler’s mobile presence, creating and maintaining application integrations. This is a customer focused, collaborative position, expected to be a member of the Web Communications and Portal Development teams and support both teams in evolving and leveraging the college’s websites and web-based applications.

Required knowledge and skills

Required educational background
Associates and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Web Technologies, and/or current generation programing/database administration.
