Location: Kohler, WI
We have an exciting opportunity for Digital Marketing Manager! This role will be responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of marketing assets such as photography, video, sales tools, social media campaigns, and digital marketing campaigns that will be used on websites, print ads, digital advertising, trade shows, television, and other tools needed to promote our digital assets. You will create content briefs and communication plans, and implement marketing programs and promotions for the channel, including special digital promotions, specifying opportunities, programs/services, co-op and ongoing support programs for Art & Design (A & D)/Developers market segments. The Digital Marketing Manager will also be responsible for providing insights from marketing research and web-specific research making sure that we are meeting users’ expectations that align with business goals.
Plan, forecast, and implement digital platforms for A & D/Developers and business opportunities within the channel.
Understand trends, customer base, and the competition; make recommendations to develop and introduce new specification and content for the channel.
Analyze the digital performance of the various platforms to help management understand the success of specification and channel engagement.
Understand trends, potential demand, and competition. Make recommendations to develop and introduce new products that increase sales.
Properly present and protect the KOHLER brand in the assigned channel.
Demonstrate appropriate level of competency in the following areas: drive continuous improvement, set high standards of performance, leadership, teamwork, communication, business acumen, management of self, management/development of others, focus on the end customer, and build trust.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or channel management, with progressively more responsibility and a track record of results.
An entrepreneurial and innovative spirit to act quickly and think differently.
Must possess a keen creative mind and be strong on planning, detail, and accuracy.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of management and outside contacts.
Must be able and willing to travel domestically and internationally approximately 15%-25%.
