-Represent company in a positive, professional manner always.
-Perform calculations & takeoffs on assigned bidprojects.
-Use Business Center Software to do takeoffs on projects.
-Work up bids and help in the bidding process.
-Send out vendor requests on materials.
-Write AFE’s and subcontracts on jobs as assigned.
-Ensure time sheets and quantity sheets are turned indaily.
-Review and enter material quantities based off timesheets and tickets daily.
-Code material tickets from assigned jobs.
-Invoice jobs and extra work as assigned.
-Enter and maintain weekly & monthly revenue reportsand report to management.
-Maintain project files.
-Send bidding information to subs and suppliers.
-Call in JULIE’s and keep active and up to date.
-Prepare Supervisor job binders.
-Produce hour and material reports on each job.
-Track equipment hours and fuel usage.
-Handle incoming calls regarding aggregate / materialsales.
-All other duties assigned by Engineer or management.
-Sign and abide by Company Policy Manual, andConfidentiality Policy.
