Coordinate with and provide guidance to Equipment & Tooling Engineers, Industrial Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers and Product Review Engineers to integrate technical solutions into the manufacturing processes
Validates and ensures production readiness of solutions to complex problems. Implements lean principles and technologies.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree required from an accredited course of study, in engineering, mathematics, physics or chemistry is required.
Knowledge with electrical/mechanical manufacturing process and assembly sequencing
Must have experience in: developing manufacturing plans, conceptual designs for tooling and fixtures, generating work instruction
Must be able to obtain an secret clearance post hire
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
ABET accreditation degree preferred
Experience with design engineering processes and effects to manufacturing
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
