This position is setup to for college graduates with minimal experience to learn on the job as well as receive in–house training.


Performs Industrial Engineering functions in support of aerospace manufacturing and assembly.

Shop scheduling (load hours) and operations planning (with in-house training provided).
Establish and revises Standards.
Determines the most efficient sequence of operations and work flow; establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.
Develop and maintain Precedence - PERT Networks (using Microsoft project and Excel).
Recovery Planning to meet schedule (with in-house training provided).
Develop Manpower Forecasts, determine overtime, and calculate efficiency needs for manufacturing operations.
Capacity Planning; Work Area Optimization/Layout (with in-house training provided).
Cycle time and Takt Time Analysis. Cycle Time Optimization.
Conducts work measurement and time studies for cost analysis. Develop improvement plans for facility layout changes and revisions to operating methods.
Learn to perform Cost & Payback analysis with Internal Rate of Return.
Statistical Analysis to support conclusions.
Supports Triumph Operating System (TOS) and drives Lean initiatives as a Triumph Change Agent for People/Schedule/Cost – support manufacturing Teams to remove roadblocks (with training provided).
Eliminates waste and identifies improvements to processes utilizing lean manufacturing and DMAIC techniques and Kaizen.
Support Rate Readiness (with in-house training provided).
Learn to develop estimates like EAC (Estimate at Completion).
Gain experience with SAP for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
Align to Standard Work using an IE Cadence.
Works under general direction. Work is reviewed for adequacy to meet objectives.
Verbal and written communication at all levels of the organization (from mechanics to management).

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. December graduates welcome to apply.
Understanding of lean principles and Value Streams.
Strong computer skills including proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
Good analytical and communication skills.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a United States Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required
