Role Summary:
The CRM Systems Administrator will be responsible for a wide range of duties that include system maintenance and administration, reporting and analysis, and quality assurance testing. Other duties include developing or modifying system requirements and functional specifications. Will also partner with internal teams to assess system requests, assist with system trainings as needed and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

What You Will Do:
Provide subject matter expertise while proposing, designing, developing, testing, and deploying solutions to fulfill business needs.

Partner with the business to understand their needs and work with them to define requirements and demonstrate the Dynamics capabilities in order to implement the best solution.

Work with our Dynamics partners to co-engineer and manage projects related improving functionality within Dynamics 365

Lead discussions with various users across the business, along with other IT areas and 3rd party vendors.

Assist in developing various integrations with other existing business processes and applications.

Operate as a mentor and lead within the group.

Defines and analyzes software requirements to determine specifications and standards.

Collaborate with project team on the development and design of applications.

Coordinate with testing team on resolution of identified defects.

Develop training materials and documentation.

Incorporate user feedback into the application/product design.

What You Will Need:
Strong intellectual curiosity.

3-7+ years of CRM/ERP experience.

Preferred experience with the Customer Service, Sales and Operations.

Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Experience with custom workflows, entities, objects, attributes, tasks, actions, etc.

Experience with both defining and implementing processes and best practices

Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, but not required
