IPKeys is focused on helping utility service providers achieve maximum return on their investment dollars in highly secured Smart Grid-related control, monitoring and metering automation systems.
IPkeys is based in New Jersey, Virginia, California, Louisiana and Texas. IPkeys is seeking to hire qualified Application & Integration Support Team members who will work with our Project Managers and lead developers to support and maintain our software solutions to utility markets throughout the United States. Job position is based in IPKeys ElectSolve office, Shreveport.
Application development, deployment and maintenance
Develop, design, modify, implement and support all components of the software by studying operations and learning the product with some limited help from other resources.
Document and demonstrate solutions by using workflow tools, diagrams, charts, code comments and others as apply.
Serve as a Technical Lead directing and also contributing effectively to the efforts defined by sales and marketing team as features that will better enhance the product.
Develop and maintain relational database architecture
Be able to optimize existing query performance
Perform quality assurance and testing of SQL environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills (proven experience working with end users and customers)
Work seamlessly with the developers and customers
Provide advice, coaching and best practices to the development team.
Responsible for Management of project timelines
Support and augment Project Managers as needed
Task planning, estimation
Ability to keep a project on schedule and on budget
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Understanding of utility Cyber security standards including; NIST, NERC CIP, NERC 693.
Be able to maintain code in the following disciplines at a minimum:
Senior level SQL development Skills using SQL Server 2016, 2012
PMP and Project Management experience a plus
Minimum 5 years direct applicable experience
Data Analysis skills
Synchronize databases with development to maintain production quality software builds

Salary range based on experience
4 year Computer Science, Information Systems or comparable degree minimum required
