DENSO Manufacturing Michigan Inc. has Production Associate positions available in multiple shifts.
Primary Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
Assembly of automotive parts
Operates electric air-driver
Completes daily reports
Maintains a clean and safe working environment
Receive training to run any and all aspects of the production line when necessary
Perform all work safely, following all safety procedures
Identify and resolves problems
Support Kaizen (continuous improvement) activities, train new team members, take all steps necessary to meet the customer's needs
Physical and Environmental Demands:
Repetitive lifting of 35 pounds
Repetitive gripping with hands
Standing for prolonged hours (8-12 hours)
Ability to work overtime including potentially weekend overtime
Comfortable working in an environment with temperature extreme and loud noises
Based on experience and skill, starting pay from $17.25 to $18.25 an hour plus overtime(including premium for 2nd shift and assembly area)

Experience working in manufacturing environment
Ability to pass a hands-on dexterity assessment if selected for final assembly area
