Job Description Summary
Our people are a valuable and integral part of our business and play a vital role in our success as an organization. At Lamb Weston we offer the financial stability and career potential of a true industry leader.
Lamb Weston will offer you the opportunity to put your education and skills to work as part of a great team, contributing to the achievement of the organization’s goals and objectives. You will be challenged to take responsibility, drive results, show creativity, and display initiative - and you will be rewarded for your contributions and impact.
The Associate Engineer position is an entry-level, development role for an engineer. Once completing the program, an Associate Engineer would likely be promoted to a vacant Project Engineer position. This position would then have the opportunity to further develop into other roles within Lamb Weston including Maintenance Team Leader, Sr. Engineer, Maintenance Manager, Project Manager, or Engineering Manager. These are all full-time, salaried, exempt positions.
The goal of this program is to give new hire engineers meaningful exposure and insight into operations, processes, and mechanical exposure within our facilities. This experience will be valuable in future decision making and understanding and allow for an optimum transition into an engineering-focused role within our company.
Let’s explore the possibilities together.
