POSITION OVERVIEW - Culture & Engagement Specialist
Develops our employee experience messaging framework inclusive of culture and values
Establish a communication plan for culture and values in partnership with internal communications team
Governs the implementation strategy and execution of our culture and values into the business including recommended messaging
Manages the integration of our culture and values programs into HR
Partners with our Connection Programs team to recommend how we establish culture committees to help deliver programs that reinforce our values and culture
Partners with our total rewards team on a recognition program that celebrates and recognizes our values in action
Partners with Talent Acquisition and Brand team on employer branding projects and recruitment related initiatives including development and deployment of our employee value proposition
Partner with our talent development team on how our values are reflected in our talent management milestones and training
Partners with facilities and brand teams on how our values and culture are reflected in our physical workspace
Recommends KPIs to measure the acceptance and movement of culture and values
- In depth knowledge and application of working on company values and culture
- Experience working across departments and ability to influence without authority
- Experience working for or with an HR organization
- Engaging facilitation and presentation skills to engage hold audience attention
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build trusting and collaborative relationships
- Global experience/responsibilities preferred
- Holistic View – able to see big picture and be detailed oriented in execution and providing direction
- Analytical – appreciates the value of data analysis to provide critical metrics to show ROI
- Resourceful, adaptable and results-oriented with high energy and a positive attitude
A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, marketing, business or related field
A minimum of 3 years of experience developing employee experience framework inclusive of company culture and values
