Under direction, responsible for managing and maintaining the UC San Diego Health ServiceNow application for Information Services. Works with other UC San Diego Health departments to assess current state processes and tools to define ServiceNow requirements, and develop, configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform in order to support these requests. Responsible for the delivery of end-to-end solutions within ServiceNow, including architecting technical implementations of IT and business processes, and coordinating those efforts with IT Management and UCI SN administrators. Serve as the lead in loading, manipulating and maintaining data between ServiceNow and other systems.
Bachelor's Degree in related area; and/or equivalent experience/training.
A minimum of three (3+) or more years of relevant experience - ServiceNow Development.
Professional experience, and proven success, providing applications programming support and management in a large scale organization.
Experience planning, designing, developing, modifying, debugging, deploying and evaluating complex software for functional areas.
Experience analyzing existing software or works to formulate logic for new complex systems and devise complex algorithms.
Demonstrated experience performing complex data analysis and test/debug complex software.
Demonstrated experience analyzing design and use of complex data sources.
Understanding of moderately complex programming security practices.
Experience in a healthcare environment.
Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.
