Streck is recruiting for a summer intern within our Technology Transfer department. This position will work closely with multiple cross-functional partners to deliver impactful results for the organization by applying strong technical skills and engineering principles.
Primary projects will be in the areas of:
Focused improvement opportunities in Operations
Validation of new equipment and systems utilized for product manufacture
Design and transfer of processes associated with new product introductions
Application of Lean Manufacturing principles
Sophomore or Junior engineering candidate pursuing a degree in biological systems, chemical, or a related engineering discipline
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Collaborative approach toward working with others
Ability to deliver on project timelines both individually and as part of a team
Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
