2 years' experience specifying and procuring equipment fora manufacturing process. Computer AidedDesign experience, especially AutoCAD or SolidWorks. Ability to read and understand GD&T. Ability to work in a high heat environment>100F. Ability to work standing upfor > 4 hours at a time. Ability tooperate basic factory assembly equipment (Assembly jigs, Ban Saw, Polishing Equipment). Ability to measure product with basicmeasurement equipment (Tape Measure, Caliper, Micrometer).

Specifies machines for manufacturing and producthandling. Modify machinery for new modelintroductions. Write detailed equipmentspecifications for the procurement of manufacturing equipment. Lead in the start-up and debug of newequipment. Manage projects frominception through completion. Supportand improve existing manufacturing processes (Quality, Leak & Scrap,production Ratio of Key Equipment, Cycle Time or Labor balance Improvements ofbottleneck process.)

While performing the duties of this job you may beasked to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift or carry component partsweighing up to 35 pounds-lifting parts in excess of 35 pounds with a liftassist, work on the production line for short periods of time, use hands tohandle or feel parts, reach with hand and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk andhear, use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception,peripheral vision, frequent phone use and typing. The work environment will vary from an openoffice setting to a production environment.
MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS(MUST meet minimumqualifications to be considered)

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Aeronautical orElectrical Engineering (or 4 year Engineering degree)
