About the Team
Our Director of Engineering will report directly to our CEO. Our CTO also reports to the CEO and has no direct reports himself so he can focus on building brand new code modules and frameworks from scratch, which your team will take over the support and iterations after each new module launch. The Director of Engineering will code and manage the engineering team, while the CTO will build new modules from scratch and help make long term technology decisions.
