Stefanini is looking for a Salesforce Administration in Richmond VA/Remote. (W2 Only)
The Client is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to support the implementation of Salesforce.
You will be involved in the ongoing development and deployment of CRM product implementation, and execution of day-to-day configuration in support of business objectives.
You will also play a critical role in the support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce CRM system.
This position will give you the opportunity to work closely with business leaders, organizational units, and product owners to identify, develop and deploy new business processes.
Maintain the platform and manage integrations.
Design and develop customizations, extensions, configurations, and integrations.
Coordinate and conduct the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
Build and produce reports, dashboards, workflows, etc.
Work with the CRM product management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development and change management activities.
Stay updated on the platform's new tools, capabilities, and updates.
Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for platform updates. Ensure the security of our environment, including meeting FRB standards.
Train new CRM platform users and create documentation.
Bachelor's degree specializing in computer science, project management, business administration, or information technology from an accredited college or university, or the equivalent combination of directly related education and/or experience.
Understanding of Lightning framework.
Minimum 3- 5 years Salesforce administration experience.
Salesforce Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certification.
Marketing Cloud, GovCloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications.
Experience with data management and modeling.
Experience developing using the Lightning framework.
Experience using the Salesforce Developer console.
Experience with Web services, SQL, Salesforce Object Query Language.
Ability to think creatively to solve issues or design workarounds.
Strong analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with outstanding problem-solving skills.
