Vyaire Business Description

Vyaire's family of ventilation devices including brands like AVEA®, Pulmonetic Systems™ and SensorMedics® diagnostic systems, helps provide safer ventilation and helps to protect patients from ventilator-associated pneumonia.


The Jr Principle Engineer will be responsible for; responding to customer service requests in an accurate and timely manner, determines appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the business objectives, ensures that all customer contacts are fully documented into current system database, integration and technical support of Vyaire’s Pulmonary Function & Sleep Diagnostics Systems and Clinical Integration Services to include HL7 tools, SQL Server, Citrix, and networking support. Additional accountabilities will include post sale installations of back-end server systems and services.

The ideal candidate can work from a designated home office if not in proximity to a Vyaire location.

AS or at least 2 years of related work experience

Possesses a basic knowledge with technical/helpdesk support, network engineering, SQL Server, Citrix Server

Ability to learn HL7 standards

Ability to learn tools used in assigned projects

Ability to learn the applications and the end user

Have the ability to troubleshoot problems in a logical manner

Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at a time, prioritize as necessary so that all clients receive the highest level of customer service
