ABOUT THIS ROLE

As an Integration Specialist, you will respond to customer service requests in an accurate and timely manner, determine appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the business objectives, ensures that all customer contacts are fully documented into current system database, integration and technical support of Vyaire’s Pulmonary Function and Sleep Diagnostics Systems and Clinical Integration Services to include HL7 tools, SQL Server, Citrix and networking support. Additional accountabilities will include post sale installations of back-end server systems and services. This is an opportunity to be challenged by complex technical problems, working with our legacy brands that have a 65-year track record of pioneering, innovating, and advancing respiratory diagnostics, ventilation, and anesthesia delivery & patient monitoring.
In particular you can expect to:
Respond to customer service requests in an accurate and timely manner
Determines appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining business objectives
Ensures that all customer contacts are fully documented into current system database
Integration and technical support of Vyaire’s Pulmonary Function & Sleep Diagnostics Systems and Clinical Integration Services to include HL7 tools, SQL Server, Citrix, and networking support.
Additional accountabilities will include post sale installations of back-end server systems and services.
The ideal candidate can work from a designated home office if not in proximity to a Vyaire location
Demonstrates a commitment to consistently providing customers a quality experience; performs necessary duties to fulfill customer service level expectations or agreements.
Communicates effectively with customers; listens to customers’ needs and takes action to meet customer requirements
Provides information, data and tools that support the prioritization of issues in light of customers’ business objectives
Demonstrates basic understanding of functional goals and sound knowledge of technical areas within project scope

To be successful, you will need:
1+ year customer Analytics/customer service experience
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of related technologies and implementation process
Understanding of Microsoft OS, servers, networks, wireless, SQL databases
Healthcare experience a plus
Ability to learn HL7 standards
Independently execute assigned deliverables from the implementation plan
Apply knowledge and skills to a wide range of standard and non-standard situations
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at a time, prioritize as necessary so that all clients receive the highest level of customer service
Work independently with minimal guidance
Associates degree or at least 2 years of related work experience
