Work in a team environment to plan/execute all phases of product test development/deployment.
Possess strong troubleshooting/debug skills and ability to resolve issues during production testing.
Perform engineering debug tasks with standard debug tools (oscilloscope, signal generator, spectrum analyzer, multi-meter, etc.).
Perform acceptance testing and design validation testing of complex air-cooled and conduction-cooled ruggedized systems which includes the ability to program and operate thermal chambers and vibration tables.
Support/Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure test solutions meet customer requirements.
Communicate effectively with technical staff, production teams, and leaders.
Involvement in all aspects of product and test development ranging from design and requirements analysis through prototype generation and testing, to final design validation and documentation.
Associates Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or associated discipline.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a high level Mil/Aero production environment.
Minimum 3 years’ previous in-depth experience of electronic PWA’s and Mechanical Assembly.
Ability to stand, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, stretch, and reach with hands.
Must be able to occasionally lift and move up to 50 lbs.
Ability to interpret and understand IPC610 and AS9100 workmanship standards.
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
Experience with SAP.
Experience using Windows/Linux operating systems.
Experience with C/C++, Java Script, and NI LabView software development.
Desire and ability to work outside of the known areas of expertise.
Highly motivated, with the ability to make decisions and solve problems with minimum supervision.
