Radiance is looking for several recent STEM graduates to join our team and support the Department of Defense in the development of Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) tools, models, and scenarios. Typical projects involve building and integrating physics-based models into simulation frameworks, such as AFSIM or ITASE. We also assist in developing scenarios to test new concepts in these simulation environments. Candidates selected for this position will have a chance to work in an environment that is intellectually challenging and fast paced, yet equally as rewarding. In addition, new hires will have the chance to sample work in any number of mission areas to ensure we find the best fit for everyone’s unique set of skills and experience.

Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline
US citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance
Experience or coursework related to sensors, radars, electronic warfare, fusion, C2, air defense, communication devices, cyber, satellites, or related area
Experience or coursework developing or integrating physics-based models
Active security clearance
