Create technical writing that communicates how to maintain the product safely and explains complex technical matters.
Improve and reorganize existing content as options and updates are added.Author and develop service content, including safety information.
Assist with the development and implementation of the Company content management system (CCMS) and provide ongoing feedback to make improvements.
Create and maintain style guides/templates that adhere to current standards and support use in a Global market.
Collaborate with multiple departments to build consensus throughout the content development process and the life of the product.
Develop and maintain a strong working and technical knowledge of company products and services and an understanding of company approved standards.
Work cross functionally to deliver quality content within project timelines.
2-4 years' related experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Occasional travel (0-5%)
Occasional overnight stays (0-5%)
Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business < 20% per week (8 hours) and/or travel locally between company locations during scheduled workday.
