We are looking for a TECHNICAL TRAINING ENGINEER with a passion for technology and providing the highest quality service to the company. With over 30 years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management Rand 3D focuses on offering professional, high quality training solutions for Dassault Systemes and PTC software users. Rand 3D is recognized as a Dassault Systemes Training Partner, providing software training for CATIA, DELMIA, ENOVIA, CATIA Composer, and the 3D EXPERIENCE.

We are currently seeking Technical Training Engineer to train and support end users in various modules of CATIA V5, Enovia VPM, and 3D Experience. The job will be located onsite at a large client in the Columbus, Ohio area. Limited travel to other client locations in the USA or Canada may be required. Candidates who do not reside in the Columbus will be required to relocate.

Job Description

Facilitate and deliver CATIA V5, Enovia, and 3D Experience end user training
Work with clients to help define their needs and qualify solutions to address them
Aid in the development and reviewing of training materials, such as course manuals
Provide engineering software support on Dassault Systemes products as required

Qualifications

4 year post-secondary degree in an engineering or technology discipline
Experience with mechanical design software in a 3D environment
Excellent interpersonal communications skills
Excellent customer service skills
Willingness to learn other software applications as required
Previous teaching experience
2+ years of experience with Catia V5 and/or 3D Experience preferred, but experience with similar 3D CAD system such as Creo, NX, SolidWorks, and Inventor considered
Knowledge of data management applications, such as Windchill, Enovia, Team Center, Smarteam, or similar beneficial
Mechanical design experience
