The UX Visual Designer will be responsible for creating designs for web graphics, landing pages, and new site functionality on the enterprise desktop and mobile sites. The position will collaborate with team members within the department to continuously refine and improve the web design and experience across the companies' web sites.

Consistently deliver strong website and mobile concepts to improve the enterprise web platform.
Design landing pages and web graphics to support brand specific marketing programs.
Create wireframes, graphics and final visual comps to support project requirements.
Work with interaction designers and developers to see web projects through to completion.
Support social team in marketing initiatives on the blog and other publishing platforms
Create interactive prototypes to define site improvements.
Maintain the branding style guide for company web properties, making sure all page design and graphics produced adhere to standards of each brand.
Own assigned projects and see them through completion.
Participate in user acceptance and usability testing to ensure projects meet business requirements.
Stay up to date in current and emerging web technologies, industry standards, developing trends, and web design best practices, and apply them to our web properties.

BS degree in Web Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, a related field, or equivalent experience is desired.
3-5+ years of professional experience in user-centered design and visual design is required. Ecommerce experience is highly desired.
Exceptional proficiency in visual design using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.
Proficiency in web prototyping tools such as Axure, Sketch, or equivalent.
Experience with user interfaces, image optimization, web accessibility standards, design & development standards, and cross-platform issues.
Knowledge of web development skills/tools such as CSS/HTML (HTML5, CSS3)
Proven creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong project and time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Enjoy working on multiple projects and thrive on the challenges associated with working with both technical and business owners while being an advocate for the end-user.
