This position is required to understand the principles of statistical quality control, innovative ways to understand business intelligence, basic project management skills, and lead organizational change. You must have a desire to grow and develop our Industrial Engineering Team into business leaders in the healthcare field.
This Senior Industrial Engineer may work in any one of the following office locations: Minnetonka, MN or Duluth, MN or Dallas, TX or San Antonio, TX.
Be a strategic thinker in business and workforce optimization
Develop innovative solutions using industrial engineering fundamentals, advanced statistical models, development of new technologies, and common sense
Supervise the analysis for identifying business requirements, specifications, design requirements; and testing efforts for process improvement, technical and analytical projects
Provide analysis for identifying enterprise business requirements, specifications, design requirements; and testing efforts for process improvement, technical and analytical projects
Consult with business partners on standard time measures; manage work study and work analysis, analysis of work samples, and developing methods of measuring work performance
Improve work flow by studying process flowcharts, recommending modifications in work flow and work procedures
Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, deployment of technology, and tool development

3+ years of experience managing, communicating and delivering projects to multiple stakeholders, including executive level stakeholders
1+ year of experience with documenting processes, creating and deploying process documentation standards, and process documentation governance procedures
1+ year of experience applying statistical methods
1+ year of experience successfully completing entrepreneurial projects
Intermediate or higher level of proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, System Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
MBA or other Advanced Degree
Experience leading and coaching a team, either with direct or indirect reports
Experience with enterprise level software deployment or work routers
Experience with project management
Strong communication skills and detail oriented
Ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment
