Develop and draw architectural plans and details utilizing relevant software.
Assist Project Architect and Project Manager with document preparation, drawing sets and plotting.
Review shop drawings and construction documents for accuracy, consistency and completeness. Recognize discrepancies and communicate issues to team members.
Communicate with other disciplines and technical consultants (i.e. MEP engineers) to obtain answers/input on measurements, etc.
Participate in user group sessions and construction site visits as opportunities arise.
Associate’s degree in architecture or related field required.
Previous internship experience and/or relevant architectural work experience preferred.
Beginner proficiency in AutoCAD required. Beginner Revit knowledge required; have at least one year Revit experience in an academic or professional setting. Understands how Revit works, but may not have completed a project from start to finish. Has made edits to existing drawings, models, etc. Intermediate Revit knowledge preferred.
LEED accreditation preferred.
