The myUVM portal serves as the business interface for all student, faculty and staff systems access. Create, maintain, and update the interface of the myUVM portal. Facilitate creation of user definitions, targeted university wide messages and interdepartmental content. Liaison with ETS to coordinate system installations and test upgrades. Design and troubleshoot both user roles and access definitions along with system level issues of performance and reliability. Create and maintain appropriate data sources and definitions required for the set-up and distribution of course evaluations university wide. Create and launch multiple survey projects and final reports each term. Maintain survey questions per department/college request and manage changes required in recurring and ad hoc reports. Create and publish the administrative calendar for course evaluations on campus.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Experience with Ellucian’s Banner Student Information System (SIS), Ellucian’s Experience dashboard software, Salesforce’s Service Cloud Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System, Technolutions’ Slate CRM, D2L’s Brightspace Learning Management System (LMS) and/or Explorance’s Blue course evaluation software desirable.
