Bell in Fort Worth, TX is seeking self-motivated individuals capable of executing in a fast-paced environment to join the Bell 360 Invictus team. The Bell 360 Invictus, our entrant for the U.S. Army’s Future Attack Reconnaissance Aircraft (FARA) Competitive Prototype program, is a vertical lift aircraft designed to provide advanced capabilities to the soldiers required to win on the modern battlefield. The Bell 360 Invictus team is a diverse set of aviation enthusiasts focused on developing a critical solution in the modernization of Army aviation, learning and growing as a team, and leading the way for the future of vertical lift technology.
The Bell 360 Program-level Project Engineer is responsible for integrating with engineering design teams and multi-functional technical specialists across the Bell enterprise to accomplish specific program related projects. This position requires effective management of tasks, schedule and budget in support of combat aircraft design, development, risk reduction efforts, build and test. This position is located at Bell’s Fort Worth, Texas facility.
Develop, coordinate, and oversee project cost
Scheduling and execution of a multitude of diverse efforts in support of the Bell 360 Program.
Serve as a Program level interface across the Bell Enterprise and with industry partners.
Collaborate with Bell Engineers, US Government personnel and industry partners to ensure project completion within schedule and budget.
5+ years experience in engineering, project management, management, analytics and/or project coordination.
An aptitude for rapidly driving to solutions to meet Program constraints.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously under demanding deadlines.
Experience monitoring project progress, estimating labor, establishing schedules and maintaining budgets.
Experience in supporting projects from inception through execution while ensuring multi-discipline engineering, design and build efforts are coordinated and managed ensure completion within estimates.
Experience with MS Project, PPM, SAP, Enovia, CAMS, Catia, AutoCAD, Visio.
