As a Manufacturing Engineer Staff you will be a harness/systems ME POC for Final Assembly on F35 program. The responsibility of the Harness POC is to provide guidance and be responsible for approvals of all BTPs and manufacturing plan changes related to electrical harnesses as well as drive corrective action related to harnesses.
This person will work with quality, supplier quality, and production to ensure containment is in place and investigate root cause related to harness installs. The POC is also responsible for on the job training and helping team members resolve issues while working CA and BTP reviews for FOM.
The candidate selected for this role should have experience presenting to sr. management and some customer interaction.
A level 4 employee Typically has 9 - 15 years of professional experience.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
- Experience reading engineering blueprints.
- Experience with technical support, build teams, and internal/external customers.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of LM Aero F-35 Systems (CATIA, PDM, VAS, QADS, SFM, CAPP, ICA)
- Prior experience of Fighter aircraft (5th Generation) Low Observable coatings and related manufacturing processes desirable.
- Harness design and manufacturing experience.
- Root Cause and Corrective Action experience
