Torch Technologies is currently seeking a Jr-Level BMDS Analyst to support the development of air and missile defense systems. The candidate will be part of a team analyzing Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) performance in Ground Tests, Flight Tests and special events (i.e., real world events, Combatant Command exercises, etc.). The candidate will provide analysis on the integration and interoperability of the BMDS elements including the regional elements (THAAD, Patriot, Aegis BMD, Host Nation elements), the GMD elements (GFC, GBI, IDT, SBX, CDU, UEWRs), and the BMDS elements (C2BMC, AN/TPY (FBM), Aegis LRS&T, LRDR).
The candidate will support concurrent analysis of multiple test events. The candidate's primary roll will be assisting with the development of material to be presented at engineering reviews that provides the body of evidence necessary to support fielding decisions of the BMDS. Other activities include establishing requirements for evaluation tools and processes, development of analytical tools, providing analytical support to the test planning process, and coordination of analytical results within the BMDS community.
Position requires that candidate possess a final security clearance in order to access classified information. Inability to maintain a security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position.

1-3 years’ experience in missile defense system analysis
Experience evaluating and analyzing data to evaluate systems and performance
Experience analyzing BMDS tactical messages including ATOMS, B-series, BMD XML, GMD XML, TDL-J and VMF
Proficient written and verbal skills
Proficiency with MSOffice (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
DoD Secret Security Clearance
Experience in systems engineering, systems analysis, component analysis, or requirements analysis
Experience with database related tools (i.e., MySQL, SQL Server Management Studio, AARDVARC, etc.)
Familiarity with Single Simulation Framework (SSF) or Objective Simulation Framework (OSF)
Familiarity with data analysis / visualization tools (i.e., Tableau, Qlik, MATLAB, etc.)
