Epica Product Support - Medical CT for Veterinarians

  • Description:
  • Provide technical support for customers throughout the longevity of their machine both on-site and remotely. This position will be responsible for installations and troubleshooting issues for the Epica product line.


  • Responsibilities:
  • Maintain positive and productive relationships with clients
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot customer complaints remotely and on-site
  • Document new procedures
  • Travel on-site to client sites for installation and technical support on equipment
  • Interdepartmental communications


  • Responsibilities:
  • Tier 2 technical support calls
  • Calls from EMI distribution clients
  • Support call resolutions
  • Documentation of solutions
  • Work with Data Analyst
  • Maintain database of procedures and solutions
  • Documentation of procedures
  • In-House service of components
  • RMA documentation
  • Prep materials to be returned to vendor
  • Field service
  • Supporting 3rd party service team during installs/service calls
  • Prep components and parts for service calls
  • Work with the Customer Support Manager/Tech Support Director to prioritize Service & Installs
  • Train Clinical Trainer and Support Personnel


  • Goals:
  • Give new customers a strong foundation for utilizing the product
  • Resolve Customer Hardware and Software Issues
  • Communicate Hardware and Software Issues to Manufacturer
  • Travel:


Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 /year


  • San Clemente, CA (Preferred)
